April's Power Soup

Low sodium chicken broth, cooked and cubed chicken breasts, dark red kidney beans, spinach and hint of fresh lemon juice. Sautee chicken breasts in minced garlic, onions and basil first. Mix in with broth, then kidney beans. I enjoy with 1 slice of toasted wheat bread. Yum! Protein-packed! ...
